INDUSTRIAL TRASH RAKE REBUILD
EQUIPMENT REBUILD | SYSTEMS INTEGRATION
Global Affinity completed a comprehensive rebuild of an existing industrial trash rake, transforming an aging system into fully renewed operating equipment. The project included structural fabrication along with replacement and integration of new mechanical, hydraulic and electrical components.
The completed system demonstrates Global’s ability to manage complex industrial equipment projects across multiple disciplines — combining fabrication, mechanical systems, hydraulics, electrical controls and equipment integration within a single project.
FISH GATES & STOP LOGS
POWER GENERATION | HEAVY FABRICATION
Global Affinity fabricated multiple large-scale fish gate assemblies for a power generation facility, providing complete fabrication, welding and industrial coating of the structures.
Built to customer specifications for a demanding operating environment, the project demonstrates Global Affinity's capability to execute large, complex welded fabrications from raw material through finished delivery. Global has the capability to fabricate both fish gates and stop logs weighing up to 50,000 lbs. each.
WASTEWATER INTAKE SCREENS
ENGINEERING | STAINLESS STEEL FABRICATION
Global Affinity was engaged by a wastewater facility after its existing intake screens began failing and allowing smaller debris into the system. With replacement OEM screens unavailable within the required timeframe, Global's engineering team developed an alternative solution.
Rather than replicate the existing wire mesh design, Global engineered new screens, utilizing specialized stainless steel plate that could be laser cut and fabricated in-house. The resulting screens provided a stronger, more durable solution while meeting the customer's immediate operational needs. Following the successful installation, the customer selected Global to replace multiple filtration screens at the facility.
